The Basil Thyme crew works extremely hard during the week (60-70 hours each!) just to bring you an absolutely from scratch delicious lunch Monday through Friday - so weekend time is precious.
However, if you have a special event you think would be brightened by having a cool new food truck there, we'd be happy to chat with you about it. Typically speaking we need a situation where a minimum of 130 people will be served.
